Staff Training Mobility from Khazar University to İstanbul Gedik University
Dr. Firuz Suleymanov, Head of the International Affairs Office, and Seyran Aliyeva from the International Affairs Office of Khazar University (Azerbaijan) carried out an Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility (KA131 Project) at İstanbul Gedik University between 13–17 July 2026.
During their mobility, the participants were welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Redvan Ghasemlounia, Ezgi Yıldız, and İlayda Önder from the International Relations and Erasmus Office. Throughout the visit, they held productive meetings focusing on Erasmus+ programme implementation, institutional internationalization strategies, and opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between the two universities.
The programme also provided an opportunity to exchange best practices in international higher education, discuss the development of future Erasmus+ projects, and explore new initiatives to enhance student and staff mobility, as well as broader institutional collaboration.
The visit served as a valuable platform for sharing experiences, strengthening professional relationships, and identifying new opportunities for sustainable partnership. This productive exchange further reinforced the strong collaboration between İstanbul Gedik University and Khazar University while contributing to the internationalization objectives of both institutions.
