Staff Training and Teaching Mobility from Todor Kableshkov Higher School of Transport to İstanbul Gedik University
Prof. DSc. Galina Cherneva and Katya Dimitrova from the Faculty of Telecommunications and Electrical Equipment in Transport, Department of Electrical Engineering and Physics at Todor Kableshkov Higher School of Transport (Sofia, Bulgaria), completed an Erasmus+ Staff Training and Teaching Mobility (KA131 Project) at İstanbul Gedik University between 13–17 July 2026.
During their mobility, the participants met with Ezgi Yıldız and İlayda Önder from the International Relations and Erasmus Office, as well as Asst. Prof. Ahmet Kubilay Atalay. The meetings focused on Erasmus+ project development, institutional cooperation opportunities, and potential future joint initiatives between the two universities.
In addition, discussions addressed the enhancement of teaching quality, innovative educational approaches, and current developments in renewable energy technologies, providing an opportunity to exchange expertise and academic experiences in these fields.
The visit served as a valuable platform for sharing best practices, strengthening institutional ties, and exploring new opportunities for future collaboration. This productive exchange further reinforced the commitment of both institutions to promoting internationalization, academic excellence, and sustainable partnerships within the Erasmus+ framework.
