Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Programme, Snezhana Mircheva, Elenka Sokolova, and Veneta Kamenova from Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, Bulgaria, visited Istanbul Gedik University between 18–22 May 2026. During their mobility, the participants took part in a training programme designed to facilitate the exchange of administrative experience and institutional best practices. They met with colleagues from the relevant administrative units, learned about the university's organizational structure and administrative processes, and exchanged ideas on internationalization, Erasmus+ implementation, and higher education management. The programme also included a campus tour and meetings with university staff, providing opportunities to strengthen institutional cooperation and discuss potential future collaborations between the two universities.
