An online evaluation meeting was held on 29 January 2026 on Short Term Mobility/BIP projects planned to be submitted.

The meeting brought together representatives from units to Istanbul Gedik University to discuss the project idea, scope, and possible contributions. The session was conducted by Yucel Kamar, International Relations Director and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator  and attended Ilayda Onder and Ezgi Yildiz from International Relations and Erasmus Office. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Muhammet Ali Aytaç, Dr. Elif Türk and Research Assistant Gizem Kökçü from the department of International Trade and Logistics

The meeting was also attended by Gracjana Noga, Joanna Jackowska and Monika Ziolko from University of Economics in Krakow, Poland.

During the meeting, the project framework and objectives were reviewed, and potential institutional contributions were discussed. The session aimed to strengthen inter-unit cooperation and support the preparation of the Short Term Mobility/BIP projects application in line with institutional priorities.
