On 28 April 2026, Istanbul Gedik University held an online cooperation meeting with Mediterranean University of Albania to discuss opportunities for strengthening institutional relations and exploring future areas of collaboration. Representing Mediterranean University of Albania, Ms. Ardita Hyka participated in the meeting. On behalf of Istanbul Gedik University, International Relations Director and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator Lecturer Yücel Kamar, together with International Relations Office staff members Ezgi Yıldız and İlayda Önder, attended the meeting. During the meeting, the participants exchanged information about their institutions and discussed potential cooperation opportunities within the framework of Erasmus+ programmes, student and staff mobility activities, and other joint academic initiatives. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to identify common interests and explore possibilities for future collaboration between the two universities. Istanbul Gedik University looks forward to establishing a productive and long-lasting partnership with Mediterranean University of Albania in the future.
