Meeting Held to Enhance the Institutional Visibility of Erasmus+ Mobility

Gedik University’s Corporate Communications and Promotion Office and International Relations and Erasmus Coordination came together to increase the awareness of the Erasmus+ Programme across the university.

A meeting was held between Gedik University’s Corporate Communications and Promotion Office and International Relations and Erasmus Coordination in order to enhance students’ and staff members’ awareness of Erasmus+ mobility activities and to increase the programme’s institutional visibility.

The meeting was attended by Yücel Kamar, Institutional Erasmus Coordinator, and Ezgi Yıldız, Office Specialist, representing International Relations and Erasmus Coordination. Representing the Corporate Communications and Promotion Office were Ela Yavuz, Director, Yasemin Yağcı, Specialist, and Baran Çelik, Graphic Designer.

During the meeting, communication strategies aimed at strengthening information processes regarding Erasmus+ projects, facilitating access for students and staff, and increasing awareness across the university were discussed. In this context, action plans were developed focusing on the effective use of digital and printed communication channels, informational meetings, and promotional activities.

Through this collaboration, it is aimed to expand the impact of the Erasmus+ Programme within the university and to encourage a greater number of students and staff members to benefit from international mobility opportunities.
