Mariam Chockor, Director of the Career Center at the University of Science and Arts in Lebanon, carried out an Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility at İstanbul Gedik University between 20 and 24 July 2026.

During her mobility, Ms. Chockor met with representatives of İstanbul Gedik University's International Relations and Erasmus Office, the International Student Coordination Office, and members of the University's academic staff. These meetings provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and discussing best practices in Erasmus+ programme implementation, institutional internationalization, career development services, and student support in higher education.

The programme also offered an excellent opportunity to explore potential areas for future collaboration, share expertise on international cooperation, and discuss initiatives aimed at enhancing student and staff mobility as well as broader institutional partnerships.

Throughout the mobility, professional exchanges and institutional meetings contributed to strengthening the relationship between the two universities, fostering mutual understanding and identifying new opportunities for sustainable cooperation. Such international mobility activities continue to support the internationalization objectives of both institutions while promoting intercultural dialogue and long-term academic collaboration.
