On 6 May 2026, Istanbul Gedik University had the pleasure of hosting international guests from various institutions in France and Türkiye within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA182 Mobility in the Field of Sport Project, funded by the European Union. Coordinated by France, this prestigious project aims to enhance international mobility in the field of sport, strengthen the exchange of knowledge and experience, and promote multicultural academic cooperation by bringing together higher education institutions and organizations from different countries. As part of the visit, academic staff and project representatives participated in meetings and presentations held at Istanbul Gedik University. The event provided an opportunity for participants to share expertise, discuss current developments in the field of sport, and explore possibilities for future collaboration within the framework of the project. Representing Istanbul Gedik University in the project, Dr. Fahimeh Hassani serves as a project team member and actively contributes to the implementation of the project's objectives. The visit contributed to strengthening international partnerships and fostering cooperation between participating institutions, further supporting the internationalization efforts of Istanbul Gedik University in the field of sport.
