Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Programme, İlayda Önder from the International Relations and Erasmus Office of Istanbul Gedik University carried out a Staff Training Mobility at the International University of Struga, North Macedonia, between 22–26 June 2026. During the mobility, Ms. Önder met with representatives of the International Relations Office and other administrative units to exchange experiences and best practices in the management of Erasmus+ mobility, international partnerships, and institutional internationalization. The programme included meetings on student and staff mobility, inter-institutional cooperation, and the administration of international projects, providing valuable opportunities to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration between the two institutions. The mobility contributed to the professional development of the participant while reinforcing the international partnership between Istanbul Gedik University and the International University of Struga.
