Ezgi Yıldız, Erasmus Office Expert at Istanbul Gedik University, successfully participated in the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility Programme held at Khazar University in Baku, Azerbaijan, between 6 and 10 July 2026.

The mobility programme focused on strengthening professional competencies in the field of international higher education through training sessions on Erasmus+ mobility management, international cooperation, institutional internationalization, and the exchange of administrative best practices. The programme also provided comprehensive information on current Erasmus+ developments and effective approaches to managing international mobility processes.

In addition to the training programme, the mobility created an excellent environment for networking with international colleagues, exchanging professional experiences, and establishing new institutional connections that will contribute to future collaborative initiatives.
