Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility Programme, Dr. Erika Bernacchi, Researcher in the Sociology of Cultural and Communication Processes at the Department of Psychology and Health Sciences, Pegaso Telematic University (Naples, Italy), visited Istanbul Gedik University between 18–22 May 2026. During her visit, Dr. Bernacchi was hosted by the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences. She met with faculty members from the Department of Psychology to exchange academic experiences, discuss potential research collaborations, and explore opportunities for future institutional cooperation. As part of the mobility programme, Dr. Bernacchi also delivered a seminar to students, sharing her expertise in the sociology of cultural and communication processes and encouraging academic discussion in her field of research. The visit contributed to strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions and provided valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, international networking, and the development of future collaborative activities.
