İstanbul Gedik University was pleased to host a delegation from the Institute of Metal Science, Equipment and Technologies with Centre for Hydro- and Aerodynamics “Acad. Angel Balevski”, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Bulgaria, as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Programme between 11 and 15 May 2026. The visiting delegation consisted of: Deyan Veselinov, Assistant Professor Veneta Mihova Koeva, Assistant Professor Asst. Prof. Ina Koleva, Assistant Professor Throughout the mobility, the participants engaged in meetings with academic and administrative staff, exchanged knowledge and best practices, and gained insights into İstanbul Gedik University's educational, research, and internationalisation activities. The programme also included visits to laboratories and academic facilities, providing opportunities to discuss potential areas for future academic and research collaboration. The Erasmus+ Staff Training mobility contributed to strengthening institutional ties between İstanbul Gedik University and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences while promoting the exchange of expertise, international cooperation, and the development of sustainable partnerships. İstanbul Gedik University remains committed to expanding its international collaborations through Erasmus+ programmes and continues to welcome academic and administrative staff from partner institutions around the world.
