On 19 November 2025, Istanbul Gedik University welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sherif Kamel from Arab East Colleges, Riyadh (KSA) as part of an official visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.

Dr. Kamel met with Lect. Yücel Kamar, Director of External Relations and Erasmus Coordinator, along with Prof. Dr. Egemen Sulukan and Asst. Prof. Dr. Aytaç Uğur Yerden. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on possible areas of collaboration, discussed future mobility opportunities, and explored ways to enhance academic and institutional partnerships.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to reinforce mutual understanding and to lay the groundwork for new joint initiatives. Istanbul Gedik University looks forward to developing this promising relationship further in the upcoming period.
